Justin S. Yslas began his career in investment real estate at the Encino Office of Marcus & Millichap in 2015 as an apartment specialist. Prior to joining the firm, Justin practiced law as a corporate transactional attorney for over 10 years. During his legal career, Justin worked at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP as well as some of Los Angeles’ most prestigious law firms and represented a wide spectrum of clients, from the wealthy individual all the way to Fortune 50 companies such as Northrop-Grumman, Boeing, and General Mills.
Justin’s goal is to approach every transaction through the lens of his client. This means treating the client’s resources as though they were his own and working to protect and generate wealth by using in-depth and accurate real estate investment research along with the best advisory, financing and transaction services available. Not only does he credit this approach as part of his success, it has also allowed him to cultivate the most enjoyable and important aspects of this business: the personal relationships he builds with his clients. Because every client is different, like every property, striking the best deals possible means understanding detailed specifics about people’s ambitions and priorities.
Justin is a lifelong resident of West Los Angeles who enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, cooking and surfing.
