Upon graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in political science, Jonathan Silver began his career in commercial real estate working in Multifamily property management and underwriting for Ridan Inc. and Yale Management. Upon recommendation from the principals of Ridan, Jonathan was hired by Marcus and Millichap and focused on the acquisition and disposition of Net Let Lease properties. Jonathan quickly rose in his career and began to exclusively represent two of the largest developers for Dollar General in the Midwest.
Eventually, Jonathan was recruited as a founding member of a boutique Net Lease Brokerage; he decided to return to Marcus Millichap as he realized the value in the platform and to become a market expert in his original passion, multi-family assets. Jonathan eagerly set to join the Louks Group of Marcus and Millichap due to their track record as a top producing apartment team in the country and to service their multiple clients looking to access their 1031 trade potential.
Today, Jonathan is a uniquely skilled market specialist and has leveraged his past expertise of Net Lease brokerage to become an unparalleled adviser to multifamily owners looking to exchange their assets for more passive investments. Jonathan works with a highly dynamic clientele: ranging from first-time investors to institutional capital and REITS. In every deal, Jonathan’s commitment to his client’s needs is unwavering regardless of their esteem and experience.

Jonathan is a third-generation Angelino, and in his free time, he enjoys playing music, snowboarding, rock climbing, traveling, and most importantly spending time with friends and family. He hopes one day to engage in a career in public service.
